oberoniaomnia Hildegard von Bingen on psychedelic mushrooms with a synth. Shamanistic chants brought to the 21st century with synth and drum machine. The cover fits the record exquisitely: overall dark but with sharp contrast and lots of fine detail while leaving some black space for the imagination. A lush jungle at night. Favorite track: Small Prey.

Electro-Gonorrhea: The Noisy Killer Fronted by a voice comparable only to the great Siouxsie, Heartless seems to go in a more 'synth' direction, which I love. It's just as raw and striking as prior works. I've heard no other bands like this, and I listen to a lot of music. Give it a spin. Favorite track: Faceless.

Amazing synths, brooding atmosphere, and of course the amazing vocal talent delivered by Lynette Cerezo. This album is quite the experience. Favorite track: Faceless.
